Michelle M. Gruber

Michelle Gruber has been in the mortgage business for 10 years. She was a real estate broker before she got into the mortgage field.

She feels that to run a great mortgage company you have to know and understand all aspects of the business. So 10 years ago she started out as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Processor within three months. Within six months she was processing 30-35 loans and was then promoted to Loan Officer. A year later she headed off on her own to open her own mortgage company. To this date she has built up and sold three, very profitable, mortgage and processing companies.
