As the founding member of CWM, I have dedicated my time changing how the mortgage industry operates with clients. Since founding CWM in 2002 I believe that all clients should be treated like family. My goal is to change how all clients feel while working through the mortgage process.

I was raised in a family with a real estate agent, an appraiser, and a mortgage originator. I have a wide understanding of the industry which allows me to best serve clients. I am focused on the evolution of the industry to ensure our clients thrive.

I joined CWM with the vision to connect with perspective home buyers achieve their goals. Every client has different needs that require a mortgage tailored to their needs. I am fluent in Ghanaian and French as well.

With 6+ years of accounting experience under her belt, Kryss has decided to use her professional experience in both the private and public accounting to branch out into the world of mortgage needs. She strives for helping individuals and families find their new homes to thrive in.

A 25 year resident of Summit County Colorado, Amy has spent the majority of her career in the hospitality industry where she learned the daily wants and needs of Colorado residents and the very unique challenges housing can present these days. From her experience in the United States Army Reserves she has learned how important it is to be straight forward, honest and trustworthy. She is well known in the community and drives to help people and families that are looking for somewhere to live their lives to the fullest

With a seasoned background as a Loan Officer and a specialist in Technology Development, I bring a unique perspective to the industry. My journey has been marked by pioneering technological advancements within the sector-from crafting cutting-edge mortgage insurance comparison tools to developing comprehensive educational programs.  As a proud  Coloradan for the last 24 year and a passionate homeowner, I resonate deeply with the nuances of the home-buying journey we face.  I believe everyone deserves a place to call home and we will do everything in our power to help make that dream a reality for my clients.

For the last 24+ years, I have been in the mortgage industry servicing the Hispanic market in Colorado. My goal is to continue to support the Hispanic community in their pursuit of the American Dream by helping them achieve the dream of homeownership. I am exceptionally proud of the trust my clients give me and hope to continue helping them through any market. I am licensed in Texas and Florida.

Having been a loan officer for 12 years, I have learned that the most important thing is your relationship with your clients. I pride myself on making sure that each client that trusts me with their process comes away feeling educated, supported, and confident in their purchase. As a bilingual loan officer, I know communication is key and I’m always excited to meet new people and help them navigate this process.

With an extensive career spanning over 35 years in the real estate and mortgage industry, I, Leticia Gonzalez, have cultivated a wealth of experience and expertise. Throughout my career, I have successfully closed numerous challenging scenarios for my clients, consistently delivering exceptional results and ensuring their satisfaction.

My journey in the real estate sector began over three decades ago. Now, I specialize in navigating the complexities of mortgage lending, providing tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. My comprehensive understanding of the local market in Colorado allows me to offer informed guidance and support. I have become a trusted name in the Colorado real estate market.  In my free time, I walk the lake, hike, and travel.
